Important notes about payments:

Please do not pay your bill until you have received an invoice. If you try to make a payment before we have sent you an invoice – either online, by phone, by check, or by cash – our systems will not accept your payment.
We appreciate your promptness in paying your bill. We are working as quickly as possible to process the high volume of enrollment and re-enrollment files. Once we have your enrollment/re-enrollment file processed, we will create your invoice and send it to you.

You will have 10 days from the receipt of your bill to make payment before any past-due notice is sent.

It can take 48 to 72 hours for your payments to be posted to your account.

Pay online with E-Bill Express. We have created an E-Bill Express User Guide to help you set up and use your E-Bill Express account. Please use one of the following recommended browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, IE 11.

Automated Bank Withdrawal
If you want your payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account each month, you must complete an authorization form. Mail your completed form to New Mexico Health Connections, Attn: Finance, P.O. Box 36719, Albuquerque, NM 87176.
